Outbound Shipping For ReWound Orders
All ReWound watches are shipped using Fedex Ground for a flat-rate cost of $5. Estimated delivery is between 3-5 business days, and we only ship to addresses within the USA.
Return Shipping For Recycling Watches
All watches being recycled using our free, pre-paid shipping label will be using UPS Mail Innovations. These watches will take between 4-7 days to reach our facility in Nebraska. Please save the tracking number on the shipping label so you can track shipment progress.
Returns
We offer returns on any orders placed within 30 days of the order confirmation date. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee unless the watch arrived damaged or defective. To begin processing the order please follow these directions:
