ReCircled operates the website available at that offers a return management system and the website available at for the sale of upcycled watches and related items from Timex. Though Timex owns the URL for the Timex sites and the Timex sites use framing techniques to make it appear that the user is on a website operated by Timex (e.g., by including marks and images owned by Timex), the Timex are operated by ReCircled on behalf of ReCircled LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, located at 1801 California Street, Suite 2400, Denver, CO 80202 (“ReCircled”).  ReCircled is an authorized vendor of Timex and is providing the products and services for sale on Timex sites. Accordingly, any information provided on the Timex site is being provided to ReCircled, which ReCircled may use and disclose in accordance with this Privacy Policy. In this Privacy Policy we refer to Timex as a “brand partner”. We sometimes refer to ReCircled as “we”, “us”, or “our”). 

We may share your information with Timex, but only as described herein. If we share your information with Timex in accordance with this Privacy Policy, Timex may also use your information in accordance with Timex's Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy explains our data practices regarding Personal Information (as defined below in the section entitled “Information We Collect”) and other information collected by ReCircled in connection with your use of the TIMEX Sites.

Personal Information: When you register for an account with us or place an order through the TIMEX Sites, we will ask you to create an account password and provide us with your:

We use Personal Information to allow you to make purchases and to fulfill your orders.  We may also use your Personal Information to contact you in response to your comments and questions.

The TIMEX Sites: We may share certain information collected through the TIMEX Sites, such as your name, email, and information about the sales order, including but not limited to products you purchased, with Timex.

Business Transfers and Changes: As we develop our business, we might sell or buy assets and/or all or portions of businesses. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of all or a portion of a business or any assets, financing, transition of service to another provider or a similar event, your information may be sold or transferred as part of such a transaction as permitted by law and as set forth in the applicable purchase and sale agreement.

Agents, Vendors, Service Providers and Related Third Parties: We, like many companies, sometimes hire and work with other companies (including third party vendors, independent contractors, consultants, and other third-party service providers) to perform functions related to our business, including operation of the TIMEX Sites, mailing, or shipping information, maintaining databases and processing payments. International Transfers:

We are headquartered in the United States and your personal information may be collected, used and stored in the United States. United States privacy laws may not be as protective as the privacy laws in your home country.  If you provide Personal Information to us through the TIMEX Sites and are located outside of the United States, you consent to the transfer of your Personal Information from your current location to our offices and servers in the United States (including those of select third parties), and the processing and storage of it by us or by such third parties in the United States.


The TIMEX Sites are not intended to be used or accessed by children who are under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 16. Only you or an individual designated as your authorized agent to act on your behalf may make a request related to your personal information. You may also make a request on behalf of your minor child.

We will not discriminate against you if you choose to exercise your rights. However, we may offer financial incentives for the collection of your personal information (like signing up for email marketing) in the form of order discounts or a chance to win a contest or sweepstakes which may impact product pricing. Responding to Your Rights Request. We will try to respond to your request within 45 days. If we need more time, we will contact you with the reason that more time is needed and the extension period.
